2. How do I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

After placing your order, you will receive an email from PayPal where you may change or cancel your order, as well as download your receipt.

If your order has already been shipped, please wait for it to be received and request a Return Authorization.

3. Are there any coupons available?

Apply the code Sk8 during check out to receive 10% off your first order of a Sk8pole land paddle. Other coupons may become available and be applied. Only one coupon may be applied per order.

1. How much does it cost to ship my products?

We ship both internationally and domestic. Please add your items to your cart and enter your shipping details to find out the cost to ship to your address.

2. Is there a satisfaction guarantee on my Sk8pole land paddle?

We are so confident you will be satisfied with your Sk8pole land paddle’s performance that we offer a 100% money back guarantee on any purchases made within the continental 48 United States. Returns must be received within 30 calendar days from the date of sale to receive money back. Just return the pole and we will provide a 100% refund, or a replacement pole–whichever you prefer, no questions asked.

3. Is there a warranty on Sk8pole land paddles and wideboards?

All Sk8pole products are warranted against defect in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Sk8pole, a Towzer Sports, LLC company, at our discretion, will repair or replace any product due to defects in materials or workmanship, but not from user negligence, exposure to weather, or normal wear. At our discretion, we will repair or replace any wooden deck that delaminates due to material defect.

4. How do I return my product or request a Return Authorization?

A Return Authorization is required from Sk8pole before a product is returned for warranty consideration, contact us to request Return Authorization.
